How Can I Help You?
I know everybody is different and looking to reach their own goals whatever they may be. It may be that you just want to lose some weight and tone up for a holiday or a wedding. Run your first 5km race, complete a marathon or try your hand at a triathlon. Whatever your goal I can help you whether you are a complete beginner or require coaching as an experienced athlete. In fact, if you take part in any kind of sport, by following a carefully devised and individually designed training program, I can help you improve and increase your enjoyment of that sport. If you’ve tried keeping to a regular gym regime and failed, want expert help or want to increase your confidence, then working with me could be the answer. At our initial consultation we will discuss your goals in detail and set about working out an individually designed programme for your needs. At the first session, which normally lasts 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours I will conduct a fitness assessment consisting of some static fitness tests, (blood pressure, resting heart rate, lung function etc), and some dynamic fitness tests to determine your current fitness level. From these results I will be able to set about training you and design your programme. I’ll update your programme on a regular basis as you achieve your goals and to stop you getting bored.
Why Me ?

So when you’ve made that all important decision, please give me a call and we can discuss the booking process to ensure that you get the right training best suited to you.
