As runners we tend to overlook this important part of training and just go out and run, but by including just one strength session a week you are lessening your chances of an expensive trip to the Physio.
So how does it work?
By signing up you’ll be emailed the exercises with a link to a free app (which you can download to your phone, ipad or laptop).
For less than the price of one coffee a week, you’ll have an easy to follow program targeting the muscles that modern lifestyles and living neglect. The exercises have rep ranges and set targets, videos and cues to help you get the most from this program.
The only equipment you’ll need is a small resistance band, this is not included in the price. The ones I’ve used in the past are ‘Meglio Latex Free Resistance Bands Loops’ can be purchased on Amazon here.
The program will stay on the app for 16 weeks and can then be renewed for the same fee.
