Are you tired of constantly picking up small niggly injuries as a runner? By incorporating strength and conditioning training into your weekly running program, it will make you stronger, more efficient as a runner and help prevent injuries. Fewer injuries means more consistent training, helping you to run faster! As runners we tend to overlook this important part of training and just go out and run, but by including just one strength session a week you are lessening your chances of an expensive trip to the Physio.So how does it work?
By signing up you’ll be emailed the exercises with a link to a free app (which you can download to your phone, ipad or laptop). For less than the price of one coffee a week, you’ll have an easy to follow program targeting the muscles that modern lifestyles and living neglect. The exercises have rep ranges and set targets, videos and cues to help you get the most from this program. The only equipment you’ll need is a small resistance band, this is not included in the price. The ones I’ve used in the past are ‘Meglio Latex Free Resistance Bands Loops’ can be purchased on Amazon here.
The program will stay on the app for 16 weeks and can then be renewed for the same fee.NB When completing your purchase please write your name and email address in the additional notes. You will need to use this email address to sign into the app.

By using this website and engaging in any exercise programme with Motive8me I acknowledge and agree as follows:
- I am choosing to enter into an exercise programme under the direction of Motive8me (an “Exercise Programme”) which will include, but is not limited to, weight training, resistance training and cardiovascular exercise.
- Motive8me will design an Exercise Programme which it considers suitable for me based solely on the information I submit through this website. Motive8me may rely on this information and is under no duty to check whether it is true or accurate.
- I am choosing to enter into an Exercise Programme at my own risk. Motive8me has advised me to consult a doctor before beginning any Exercise Programme. Exercise may be difficult or strenuous and may be risky and I may suffer physical injury. It is possible that certain physical changes may occur during exercise. These include abnormal blood pressure, fainting, disorders in heartbeat. In exceptional cases, heart attack, disability or even death may occur.
- Motive8me makes no representation or warranty as to the effect or results of any Exercise Programme.
- Motive8me shall not be responsible and shall have no liability whatsoever for death or any personal injury suffered by me as a result of participating in any Exercise Programme except where death or such injury arises from the negligence of Motive8me. In no circumstances will Motive8me be responsible for or have any liability for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, expenses suffered or incurred by me as a result of participating in any Exercise Programme.
- These terms of use and the contract between me and Motive8me are governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of the terms.
